SOBEREYE / OPTOVERA PLATFORM
Privacy and Data Protection Practices
OPTOVERA is a workforce readiness and safety platform designed to help organizations identify conditions associated with fatigue and reduced alertness in operational environments. The platform supports proactive safety decisions by providing objective indicators of readiness at the time of assessment.
OPTOVERA does not diagnose medical conditions or identify the cause of reduced readiness. It evaluates signals and patterns that may be consistent with fatigue or reduced vigilance, regardless of origin, for operational safety purposes only.
The platform is built on privacy-by-design principles. OPTOVERA does not require or process direct personal identification data of workers. User profiles are managed through customer-controlled identifiers, and
SOBEREYE cannot directly identify individual users.
Physiological signals, such as pupillary response metrics, are used solely to support readiness assessment within the customer’s environment and are not used for personal identification, medical evaluation, or cross-system authentication.
All data is protected using appropriate technical and organizational security measures. SOBEREYE operates an ISO/IEC 27001-certified Information Security Management System and supports customers in meeting their data-protection and impact-assessment obligations.
